グリーン・クリーム・インチラーダ
ingredients
・flour tortillas ※1
・green bell peppers …2
・chicken …4 legs
・green onions …4
・green enchilada sauce…1can ※2
・green chilies(mild) … 1 small can
・cream of chicken soup … 1can
・sour cream …8oz
・milk …1/2cup
・grated cheese … 2-3cup
・chopped olives …. 1 small can
direction
① Cook chicken, debone, etc
② Chop green onions and bell peppers
③ Grate cheese
④ Combine enchilada sauce, sour cream, chilies, cream of chicken, milk, and mix
⑤ Tortilla – sauce – chicken - bell pepper – green onion – cheese – olive, roll and put in a casserole dish
⑥ Spread the leftover sauce over the enchiladas
⑦ Bake in 350F°oven for 45min

レッド・ビーフ・インチラーダ
ingredients
-ground beef 1lb
-minced garlic cloves 2
-jalapeno chile pepper 1
-ground cumin 1/2tsp
-salt 1/4tsp
-black pepper 1/4tsp
-shredded Monterey Jack cheese 2cups(8oz)
-sliced green onions 1/2cup(240cc)
-corn tortillas 12
-red Enchilada sauce 1can
direction
1.For filling, in a large skillet cook ground beef until browned. Drain off any fat, Stir in the next five ingrediants (through black pepper). Cook and stir over medium heat 2 minutes more. Transfer to a medium bowl and let cool about 5 minutes. Stir in 1 cup of the cheese and the green onions.
2.Spoon 1/4 cup(60cc)to 1/3 cup(80cc) of the filling onto each tortillas, roll up. Place filled tortillas, seam sides down, in the prepared baking dish. Pour the Enchilada Sauce over the filled tortillas.
3. Bake in 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly around the edges. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts. Let stand 10 minutes befor serving.
